This 2 floor modern loft, facing the east and the Miami river in Brickell Miami, came standard but it's tenant wanted to really personalize all that he could. So here at Twang & Thyme, we started with the paint and new furniture in a transitional style, then changed out the hardware to really give it a personal touch.
A traditional family home in downtown Lexington, Kentucky set in a masculine warm setting. The owner has lived in this home for many years with a very eclectic taste in art and furniture. We began by pulling the old carpet up and exposing the original wooden floors and really minimizing the amount of decoratives and furniture. We put fresh colors of deep olive and medium grey throughout to give this home a very minimal but masculine feel.
A luxury condominium on the 48th floor facing east to museum park and the Miami port. A modern woman who balances the life of motherhood and entrepreneurship, started this home as a blank slate and brought in Twang & Thyme to balance the space the same way she balances her life. An intricate selection of 11 shades of grey were painted throughout the unit. Chandeliers were added to the balcony to create an indoor/outdoor living space where her dining space was created and additional living room. This is her favorite space. The interior was created and balanced how she and her children harmonize as well as individualize. Every room is unique to them, separately and together. Twang & Thyme covered hardware, lighting, paint selection, decoritives , and function for how this family lives.
